Body Geometry Internal Wedges Gen 2 are 1.5 mm varus/valgus inserts designed to personalize cycling footwear according to individual foot biomechanics. By stabilizing forefoot motion and improving the foot–knee–hip alignment, they enhance power transfer and delay fatigue during high-intensity efforts — on average by up to 10 seconds.
