Exchanging and Returning Goods

When returning goods purchased at www.velonova.lt , you will be asked to fill in the form below:

After confirmation of the request, please return the goods to the Velonova store located at J. Baltrušaičio g. 1, LT-06120, Vilnius or to the Omniva post office located at Vilnius MAXIMA Ukmergės g. 282 (tel. +370 683 81 390), together with the purchase receipt, no later than within 14 days.

In order to exercise the right to return the goods, the Buyer must comply with the applicable legislation:

  • inform the Seller of the cancellation of the contract by completing a return form within 14 days (fourteen) of the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer;

  • hand over the goods to the Seller together with the purchase document (purchase receipt and/or VAT invoice) and any other relevant documents no later than 14 days (fourteen) after the date of the Seller's notification of withdrawal.

  • The quality goods to be returned or exchanged must be in good condition, must not be damaged, must not have lost their merchantable appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.) and must not have been used. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received by the Buyer. If the Goods are not complete, damaged, faulty or not properly packed, the Seller shall have the right not to accept the Goods, not to replace them and not to refund the money paid by the Buyer for the Goods.

The Buyer shall not be entitled to return such goods:

  • ground vehicles and parts thereof;

  • quality foodstuffs, including food supplements;

  • quality goods which have been used by the Buyer, damaged, broken or otherwise rendered unusable by the Buyer, as well as incomplete goods (e.g. loss of specific parts, absence of the instructions for use or the warranty booklet, if issued, etc.);

  • goods that have been specially ordered;
  • other goods which the Seller has the right to refuse to accept in accordance with applicable law.

The Goods shall be deemed to be of good quality if the expiry date of the Goods has not expired, the Goods do not contain any ingredients prohibited by law, the consistency of the Goods or any other essential characteristics of the Goods have not been altered due to improper storage conditions prior to the transfer of the Goods to the Buyer, the Goods have not been mechanically damaged or there are no other defects in the quality of the Goods.

Refund:

  • The amount paid for the Goods shall be refunded within 10 days of the date of return of the Goods to the bank account specified by the Customer.

  • If the goods have been paid for via e-banking or by advance bank transfer, the amount paid for the goods shall be refunded within 10 days of the date of return to the payer's bank account.
