Product Returns

When returning products purchased through the online store www.velonova.lt or at the Velonova physical store, we kindly ask you to complete the form provided below.
After receiving and confirming your return request, please return the items within 14 days by either:

• delivering them to the Velonova store at J. Baltrušaičio g. 1, LT-06120 Vilnius, or

• sending them via OMNIVA, DPD, or LP Express parcel terminals located at Ukmergės g. 282 (Maxima, Vilnius).

Please note that products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returned products must meet the following conditions:

• be in their original, undamaged packaging;

• be unused;

• retain their original appearance (tags must not be damaged, protective films and packaging must be intact, etc.).

Upon receiving the returned products, we will assess their condition according to the above criteria and process the refund within 5 business days.

If the payment for the products was made via a parcel terminal or courier upon delivery, please indicate your bank account number in the comments section where you would like the refund to be transferred.
