PICK UP IN STORE (free of charge):

You can pick up your order at Velonova store located at Baltrušaičio S. 1, Vilnius. As soon as the order is ready, we will inform you by e-mail or by phone.

Opening hours:

Monday – Friday: 10 am – 7 pm

Saturday: 11am – 4pm

DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE

We will send the goods to you via a registered shipment via the DPD parcel service. If we have the ordered goods in the store, the order will reach you within 1 - 4 working days, if you have selected the goods that we do not have in the stock (Online warehouse), the delivery time is slightly longer. The courier will deliver the parcel to you or leave a notice of the shipment when you can contact your address to get to your place of delivery.

OMNIVA TERMINAL

To receive the order at a time convenient for you, you can pick it up from the nearest Omniva terminal. When ordering the goods, you have to choose Omniva terminal closest to you.

Picking up orders using Omniva terminals is extremely fast and convenient. The procedure is very simple, so anyone can use it with virtually no instructions. Omniva terminals are open 24/7, so you can pick up the goods at a convenient time for you.
