ORTLIEB Back-Roller 20L Zip-Pocket – a durable and functional rear bike pannier designed for everyday urban commuting, longer cycling trips and touring routes. Continuously refined since 1987, the legendary Back-Roller design is made for cyclists who want to transport personal belongings conveniently and securely in a wide range of weather conditions. The bag offers enough space for clothing, work essentials, groceries or travel gear, while its thoughtful design makes it convenient to use both on the bike and after reaching your destination.

Key features:

• IP64 water resistance: the main compartment and external pocket are protected against dust and water splashes from all directions. When properly closed, the bag reliably protects its contents even when riding in heavy rain.
• Waterproof external pocket: a zipped front pocket provides quick access to a phone, keys, wallet or other frequently used items without opening the main compartment.
• TIDURA® Strong material: durable TPU-coated polyester offers high resistance to wear and is designed for intensive use in a variety of conditions.
• Welded seam construction: welded joints are used instead of traditional stitched seams, helping provide continuous water protection and greater structural durability.
• Roll-Top closure system: the roll-top main compartment provides a secure closure and allows the bag shape to adapt to the amount of cargo being carried. To achieve IP64 protection, the top should be rolled 3–4 times and properly secured.
• Quick-Lock 2.2 mounting system: allows the pannier to be attached quickly and securely to a rear bike rack. The mounting hooks can be adjusted without additional tools, making the bag convenient to use with different bikes.
• Wide rack compatibility: the standard hooks can be adjusted without tools for rack tubes with diameters from 10–16 mm. With additional compatible hooks, the system can also be adapted for 8, 18 or 20 mm tubes.
• Removable shoulder strap: the padded strap allows the bag to be carried comfortably off the bike. When not in use, it can be stored in the external pocket or used to secure the roll-top closure.
• Replaceable mounting components: the construction is designed to be repairable, while separately available spare parts allow worn hooks, buckles and other components to be replaced.
• Made in Germany: the pannier is manufactured at the ORTLIEB factory in Heilsbronn, where all key production and quality-control processes are carried out.
