Zipp 808 Firecrest – for aerodynamics and high speed

Zipp 808 Firecrest Tubeless Disc Brake – a carbon rear wheel with a deep 80 mm rim profile. Zipp designed this model to combine aerodynamic efficiency, low weight and stability at high speeds.

The 808 Firecrest uses Zipp's Total System Efficiency (TSE) concept. The hookless / Tubeless Straight Side (TSS) rim with a 23 mm internal width is designed for wider tubeless tires and lower tire pressures. The minimum recommended tire width is 28 mm.

The wheel is equipped with a ZR1 Disc Brake hub featuring 66 points of engagement. It uses Sapim CX Sprint J-bend spokes. The brake rotor uses the Center Lock mounting standard, and the lockring is included.

Available with either a SRAM XDR or SRAM/Shimano Road driver body. A Campagnolo driver body is available separately.
