Specialized Crux DSW – the world’s lightest aluminum gravel bike

The Crux DSW is the first alloy gravel bike built with all the expertise gained from developing the carbon Crux. Using the patented D’Aluisio Smartweld technology, this model combines minimal weight, generous tire clearance, and race-ready geometry to deliver true gravel freedom. It’s a bike that is lightweight, reliable, and ready for fast, fun rides on any terrain.

Key features:

• Lightest alloy frame: weighing just 1399 g, paired with a FACT 12r carbon fork for an incredibly light build.
• Generous clearance: fits up to 47 mm tires or 650b x 2.1" for versatility on gravel and tougher trails.
• Highly responsive: Smartweld technology delivers stiffness for quick power transfer and stable handling.
• Geometry: race-oriented position with a lower stack and balanced weight distribution for both speed and technical riding.
• D’Aluisio Smartweld: a unique welding process that creates stronger joints, lower weight, and a frame twice as durable as traditional alloy designs.
