Enduro enthusiasts who utilize a single-speed drivetrain can enhance their setup with the specially adapted Shimano SM-CD800 Chain Guide. This accessory helps to maintain the chain even more effectively on the sprockets.
The Shimano SM-CD800 is available in three versions, contributing to the stability of the drivetrain through its specially designed components. Additionally, this incredibly lightweight tool is easily adjustable with a tuning screw.
The Chain Guide is tailored for use with XTR FC-M9100 and FC-M9120 cranksets, with an optimal chain line positioned 52mm away.
There are three distinct models:
SM-CD800-D: Direct mounting on the frame, at the location of the front derailleur.
SM-CD800-E: Mounted on the E-Type bracket on the frame or on a special plate attached to the bottom bracket.
SM-CD800-I: Intended for attachment to the ISCG 05 mounting points on the frame.
