Magene EXAR DB45 Pro – a carbon road bike wheelset designed for fast training sessions, racing and high-intensity riding across varied terrain. The wheels respond quickly to acceleration, transfer the rider’s power efficiently and provide stable handling when climbing, sprinting or riding at higher speeds.

• 45 mm rim depth: balanced for aerodynamics, agility and versatile performance.
• Wheelset weight: approximately 1,410 g with a manufacturer-stated tolerance of ±3%.
• 27 mm external width: creates a smoother aerodynamic profile when paired with 25C and 28C tyres.
• 20 mm internal width: compatible with 25C and wider tyres; the recommended tyre width is 28–32C.
• Symmetrical rim construction: optimised for disc brakes, improved stability and more even spoke tension.
• 36T ratchet system: the larger contact area provides fast engagement, consistent performance and excellent durability.
• Replaceable ratchet: the DT-style compatible 36-tooth ratchet ring can be replaced with an option featuring a different tooth count.
• Balanced spoke lacing: the front wheel uses 21 spokes, while the rear features a 24-spoke 2:1 lacing pattern.
• Pillar Wing21 bladed spokes: designed for aerodynamics, lateral stiffness and efficient power transfer.
• Self-locking spoke nipples: help maintain correct spoke tension and reduce the risk of loosening.
• Center Lock mounting: designed for disc brake rotors.
• Axle standard: 100 mm at the front and 142 mm at the rear, designed for thru-axles.
• Freehub compatibility: supplied with a standard Shimano 11-speed freehub; SRAM XDR and Campagnolo N3W options are available separately.
• Tubeless Ready: factory-installed rim tape allows tubeless tyres to be fitted immediately; tyres with inner tubes can also be used.
