Fizik Vento Argo R1 Light – lightweight performance saddle with carbon rails

Fizik Vento Argo R1 Light is a performance saddle designed for fast riding and a more aggressive, aerodynamic riding position. The short-nose Argo shape helps maintain a more stable riding position and better distribute weight, while the large central cutout reduces pressure on sensitive areas.

R1 Light construction combines a carbon-reinforced nylon shell with stiff carbon rails. This construction helps reduce saddle weight while maintaining a stiff and responsive platform.

The saddle features lightweight EVA padding. Its low-profile design provides cushioning and support without increasing the saddle's thickness or altering its ergonomic shape.

The Vento Argo shape is designed for modern performance bikes with more aggressive geometry. The dropped nose provides support when the pelvis rotates forward, for example when adopting a more aerodynamic position or applying greater pedalling force.

The shorter saddle shape allows the rider to sit further forward without creating excessive pressure on sensitive areas. The ergonomic central cutout was developed using detailed pressure analysis and input from medical experts.
