Fizik Tempo Aliante R1 Light – lightweight endurance saddle for long distances

Fizik Tempo Aliante R1 Light is a lightweight road saddle designed for long and comfortable rides. The waved saddle profile provides support, while the wide central cutout helps reduce pressure on sensitive areas.

R1 Light construction combines a carbon-reinforced nylon shell with highly stiff carbon rails. Lightweight injected EVA padding provides low-profile cushioning and support while maintaining the saddle's ergonomic shape without increasing its thickness.

The Aliante shape features a gradual, tapered transition from the rear towards the nose. The slightly wider seating platform provides better support for the sit bones, helping maintain stability and distribute weight more evenly during long rides. The updated surface is flatter, helping distribute pressure more evenly and providing a balanced feel during longer endurance rides.

The ergonomic central cutout was developed using detailed pressure analysis and input from medical experts. It helps reduce pressure and improve blood flow. Generous padding is designed to provide softer support in different riding positions without creating excessive pressure.
