These RaceMax and Ultra fenders are designed to provide maximum coverage while maintaining enough clearance for various tire sizes. For reliable performance without rubbing, SKS recommends ensuring at least 10–15 mm of space between the fender and the tire. It's also important to consider possible interference with electronic front derailleurs, especially when using wider rear tires.

Key features:

• Compatible sizes: suitable for 650b and smaller 700c tires with minimal tread.
• Required clearance: at least 10–15 mm of space between the tire and fender for proper function.
• Wide rear fender: may come into contact with large electronic front derailleur bodies.
